This project was a full end to end management of a global RFI, RFP, Vendor Selection all the way to Transition, Transformation and final closing and handoff.
Our end client was looking to move from existing in house and fragmented multi vendor managed Exchange 2003 services to an outsourced Exchange 2010 service with a qualified vendor who will manage all aspects of the service for our customer Globally.
We got engaged through our global partner and managed the initial publication and management of RFI and then publication of the RFP. Helped extensively with Vendor Selection and Negotiations. We brought in a team of Legal experts and different SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) from companies like Gartner and Microsoft.
After final Vendor selection, we managed the full Program end to end, managing delivery priorities, Stakeholder expectations, Transition and Transformation plans, Test management, Change management, Training and Communications. We also focused heavily on making sure that existing service is not impacted by helping the customer find unique unprecedented ways to manage the load distribution.
